Early Voting Locations and Inclement Weather

Good afternoon,
First of all, if we have any type of bad weather during Early Voting we will follow the guidance of Rockingham County. An email will be sent out to the Sunshine List on how this will be handled.
Second, I just want to make sure that all the candidates and their electioneers know that we do have four Early Voting Sites: 1) Eden - Eden City Hall Building, 2) Reidsville - Pennrose Mall in the old Strader's Shoes store, 3) Wentworth - Rockingham County Board of Elections Office, 4) Western - Madison-Mayodan Public Library.
Please share this information with everyone that will be working the polls during Early Voting.
- Eden City Hall - parking is limited. The Precinct Officials will be parking at Osborne Baptist Church. I am asking that the candidates call Osborne to see if you as a candidate and your Electioneers can do the same. We need all the parking spaces for the voters.
- Pennrose Mall - The voters will be parking on the side entrance. I am asking that the candidates and the electioneers park in the front of the mall.
- Board of Elections Office- The Precinct Officials, Candidates, and Electioneers are asked to park in the gravel parking lot adjacent to the Board of Elections Office. The parking lot around the Board of Elections office is for voters only.
- Madison-Mayodan Public Library - The Precinct Officials, Candidates, and Electioneers are asked to park in the furthest parking spaces from the library to allow the voters closer access to the building.
Please share the attached Principles of Conduct of the Electioneering Area with your workers.
