NC GOP Up High on List

I subscribe to the Red Eagle Politics channel on YouTube.  He is a Republican political analyst and he put together a tiered structure for each state.  It is called Tier List and the full video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oGYgy_x9AA  This is not the number of Republicans in office but an analysis of the GOP effectiveness and the level of structure of the state party, including amount of RINOS.  Only one state is in the top tier, but NC is tied for the second tier (last one is Wyoming).

I know this is only one man’s opinion, but he really has his ear to the ground and this image should at least be considered.  For the “Pretty Good” tier he means Very Good, in my opinion.
